Hey HDC families!
Imagine with me: You wake up on a Monday morning to your 5 year old standing next to your bed asking for breakfast because they are hungry. You look at the clock and see that it is 4:30 am. Your kiddo won't go back to bed and you' re now completely awake. So you get him breakfast and begin to get everyone ready for their day. You let the dog out, set out clothes, make lunches, make coffee, set out chicken for dinner, and then get yourself ready. Wow, and that probably doesn't cover all of the "to do's" for the morning.
After all the hustle and bustle, we are reminded by that quiet voice inside to lead our kids toward Jesus. But how do we even do that? How do we have the time to talk with them about Him? Or even know what to say? Those are some big questions and there isn't a quick answer for all of them.
Below, there is a link to a podcast given by some great leaders in the parenting world. They take some time addressing some of the questions above. I challenge you to take some time to listen to their thoughts. Even if it means playing it on your way to work or during your lunch break.
Hope it helps! Have a great day!
